CarePages Connects Families via the Web

CarePages.com is a special service free for patients and families of patients receiving care from Hospice of Hamilton. CarePages.com uses a secure website to share information with relatives and friends about the physical, emotional and spiritual status of your loved one. It may reduce the stress, cost and effort that often accompanies sharing updates and medical information.

Families can create and manage password-protected web pages to:

• Share news about their loved one’s health and provide status updates
• Invite friends and family to view information on an easy-to-read,
  personal and secure web page.
• Create a guest message board where extended family and friends
  can build an online support network.
• Post visiting hours and contact information.
• Share photos with friends and family.
• Choose from different security and privacy levels.

The easy-to-use template-based pages take minutes to set up, and is designed for users who have no experience with internet pages. Click here to create or visit a patient website.
